Hi All! As a new owner of an SRT202 I am hoping someone can answer 2 immediate questions I have. 1)how do I double expose and 2) what is the sitch for on the left side? 2 positions X and FP? I don't have a manual and the Minolta download site doesn't seem to have it there. Thanks in advance for your help!

-----------------

Starting in 1973, double expose by pressing the rewind button on the bottom of the camera then advance the film (I first tighten the film via the rewind know to make it snug so it doesn't move during subsequent exposures if alignment between shots is important). YOU must keep track of your exposures after that as the counter number will be inaccurate. Also, adjust your exposure to compensate for multiple exposures - for NORMAL subjects, up your ASA setting one notch for each exposure - 2 exposures = 2 x ASA, and so on (3 exposures = 3 x ASA - have I got that right?).

X = electronic flash

FP = flash bulb (got any flash bulbs? Neither do I!).

FP was dropped in final production in 1977, so that dates your camera as pre 1977.

Since the SR-T202 was introduced in 1975, that gives you a narrow range for the camera's age, eh?

1975, 1976, or 1977!
