    This is a gorgeous photograph!- I assume this is the Maine coastline- I am not sure where else 30 foot slabs of vertical stone rising from the sea are present.

    It's actually in Ireland! The largest rock was only about head-height but a low view point and the lack of a scale reference makes it difficult to tell. Maybe the camera can lie a little bit!
